"It was very difficult to find this hotel - I had to ask directions 4 times within 1 mile of the hotel. The listing online and with the reservation phone line showed two different street addresses. The desk clerk at 11:30pm was verrrrrrrrry slow, not well informed, impatient with the late guests, and not helpful (we were hungry). The signage directing guests to vending machines, the pool, etc. are confusing."

"The hotel is situated close to a main road. Our rooms were in the front of the hotel. Noise from traffic made it difficult to sleep for everyone in our party. I have stayed at this hotel before but in a room on the back of the hotel. Traffic noise was not a problem during that stay. Also, hotel staff insured me that our two rooms were connecting when I called to confirm three days before our stay. They again stated the rooms were adjoining upon check-in. However, when we entered the rooms, they were not joining, just next to each other. We reported the error to the front desk. Hotel staff called shortly after we checked in to say they could move us to adjoining rooms. After we removed all luggage and reported to the front desk to exchange room keys, we were told they had made an error and they could not accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. So all the luggage had to be moved back to our two original rooms. The hotel does not have an elevator so all luggage has to be carried to rooms on the upper floor. Great pool, very close to Hershey Park, nice expanded continental breakfast included with your stay."

"We could not get maid service. The Smoke alarm was off the wall and stuffed in the drawer. In my opinion the room was not clean. The side door to enter and exit was supposed to be locked and only open when you put your key card in the slot. Either it was broken or purposely left unlocked.The bottom line is if Im going to pay $168.to $188.00 a night I expect a little better."
